Melmerby and Middleton Quernhow Parish Council is dedicated to serving the communities of Melmerby and Middleton Quernhow in North Yorkshire. As part of the Wathvale & Bishop Monkton division and under the Skipton and Ripon parliamentary constituency, our council is committed to enhancing the quality of life for all residents.

As a small village parish council, we have several key functions, including:
